On July 30, 2025, a significant milestone was marked in Hanoi with the official launch of the DOLAB–JICA Platform (DJ Application). This is a strategic collaboration between the Department of Overseas Labor Management (DOLAB) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), attracting nearly 260 delegates from government agencies, international organizations, and businesses from both countries.

This event was not merely a product launch, but a major step forward in creating a transparent and safe recruitment environment for Vietnamese workers who wish to work in Japan. The DOLAB–JICA platform allows workers to directly access official recruitment information, connect directly with enterprises without intermediaries, significantly reduce the risk of fraud, protect their rights, and uphold human dignity.
